How do you straighten teeth?

How clear are KRSTL aligners?

But are KRSTL aligners just for minor straightening?

Are the aligners comfortable?

How long do I have to wear them?
There are three things to remember when it comes to properly wearing your aligners:
- Wear your aligners at all times, except when eating, brushing, or flossing.
- Each aligner is designed to be worn for around two weeks. After wearing the aligner for the required time, proceed to the next tray in your treatment plan. All trays are designed to fit your teeth positions at specific “moments in time,” so it is essential to wear them in the correct order.
- On average, KRSTL clear orthodontic aligner therapy takes between 6 and 18 months. The total time required to complete treatment depends on your specific situation and individual needs. For instance, bite correction generally requires more trays and takes longer than straightening teeth with minor crowding or spacing issues.
How do I care for my aligners?
KRSTL aligners are low-maintenance. They can be cleaned with warm water and toothpaste. Do not use hot water, because it can warp the aligner. Also, avoid abrasive pastes or cleaning products that can scratch your trays. When not in your mouth, keep them in the storage case that came with your aligners.
Will I need to wear a retainer?
Yes. As with any orthodontic treatment, it’s essential to wear a retainer. This appliance helps to keep your teeth from shifting back into their pre-treatment positions. Dr. Ferrari will advise on wear time.
